We offer several Cardio, Strength & Stretch classes, generally two or more times a year.  Our Spring semester opens for registration in mid-January, our Summer in mid-May, and our Fall in mid-August.  We encourage you to add your name to our interest list to receive information on the next offering of classes.  To add your name to our interest list, simply register for this free class (add to your cart and checkout).

New Year Special! Want to do something about those holiday goodies that added to your waistline? Fatburner fitness is a self-paced course designed to develop and maintain the five health-related components of fitness—muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. The primary training activity will be the Aerobic Super Circuit (weight-lifting machines alternating with cardiovascular exercise) to help you achieve a higher level of fitness and overall health. Since all equipment is adjustable, any fitness level can be accommodated.  

Schedule : Weekly - Tue, Thu 7:15 AM - 8:30 AM; 8 sessions; starting 1/9/2018, ending 2/1/2018

Start the week right! Yoga is good for body and soul but those classes at the gym can be intimidating. Our supportive, easy-going class tailors postures to individual physical needs and abilities, as well as how you’re doing that particular week. Benefits include reduced pain, greater flexibility and balance, increased ability to deal with stress, and better sleep. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel. Eat no more than a light snack in the 2 hours before class.
