No experience is necessary for this class that will introduce you to breathing as the foundation for invigorating simple folk and pop melodies and rhythms. You’ll learn simple - but powerful - techniques that make any song deeply expressive. Beautiful, long-lasting succulent centerpieces provide style and color with minimal care. They’re inexpensive and easy to make from cuttings—and as they grow, they can be divided to create additional arrangements for your office, home, or patio. They also make great gifts that keep on giving!  The variety of shapes, colors and textures makes for unusual and interesting arrangements, and require minimal water. In this hands-on class, you’ll design your own living arrangement to take home and enjoy. Your instructor will provide potting soil and the succulents, you just bring the container 10" x 10" or smaller, preferably with drainage holes (ceramic pot, teacup, unusual bowls, be creative!). $5 material fee due at registration.

Create beautiful paintings in the comfort of your own home – or wherever you want, whenever you want! You don’t have to be an artist to use this quick and simple technique, and you can find the supplies at any craft store. The whole project will take just 30-45 minutes, though you can watch it as many times as you like – at home, while waiting at doctor’s offices, soccer practice, etc. Videos will be available May 15 thru August 15, 2017 and your registration confirmation will provide a link to the video. See Class Supplies link on website for project supply list. For this project, you'll create a beautiful Spring scene on canvas using acrylics and water-soluble oils. It's a great starter project for people new to One-Stroke.
