The next era of aviation is upon us! With the number of jobs forecast to double by 2022, drone piloting is set to become an in-demand and well-paying job. Emerging as a key growth industry, UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are expected to become part of everyday life—with possible applications not just in delivery & fulfillment but also in logistics; security & law enforcement; journalism, film-making, & photography; exploration, disaster recovery, & aid efforts; agriculture, real estate, & utility inspection; even mining, plumbing, & other trades. Last year, the FAA released requirements for flying drones (Part 107). Our intensive 3-day course, presented in partnership with the Tesla School of Technology, includes both classroom and hands-on learning. You’ll learn what you need to know to pass the 107 exam and be a safe pilot, as well as how to use your commercial license in the real world to become a profitable pilot. *Class fee includes all materials, including a drone that’s your to keep!

A Notary Signing Agent is a notary public who has specialized expertise in the handling of mortgage loan documents. With the housing market on the rebound, this will be an in-demand service for notary publics! Currently, a Notary Signing Agent can make anywhere from $80-$150 per loan package.  In this six-hour seminar, you will explore the types of real estate sales and loans currently on the market, and will receive hands-on instruction in the main documents a Notary Signing Agent will notarize. You’ll assemble a practice loan package and examine the ethical and administrative role of the notary and the notary’s sense of duty associated with being a Notary Signing Agent. Finally, you will learn about marketing and customer service, with practical information on how to start your new business – complete with a list of potential sources! $30 material fee.
