CourseGraphic Lookin’ to be lean? Then workout like a SoCal local in the fresh air on the sand in this High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class. Studies show that H.I.I.T., intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods, enhances heart health and reduces the risk of diseases like diabetes. Craig will incorporate body-weighted exercises, kettlebells, running sleds, running chutes, kickboxing, battling ropes, and more to help you reach your fitness goal! Work in 30-second intervals at your own pace. Class caters to all fitness levels. Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, and water.

Not sure you want to commit to a 10-pack? Sign up for the trial class, and if you like it, apply the class fee to the package deal and attend 9 more sessions.

Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 7-8am. Call the office to register.
