CourseGraphic Fatburner Fitness is a self-paced course designed to develop and maintain the five health-related components of fitness—muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. The primary training activity will be the Aerobic Super Circuit (weight-lifting machines alternating with cardiovascular exercise) to help you achieve a higher level of fitness and overall health. Since all equipment is adjustable, any fitness level can be accommodated.  Please wear comfortable workout attire and shoes.  Bring a towel and water bottle.
