CourseGraphic New Year Special! Want to do something about those holiday goodies that added to your waistline? Fatburner fitness is a self-paced course designed to develop and maintain the five health-related components of fitness—muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. The primary training activity will be the Aerobic Super Circuit (weight-lifting machines alternating with cardiovascular exercise) to help you achieve a higher level of fitness and overall health. Since all equipment is adjustable, any fitness level can be accommodated.
