Start the week right! Yoga is good for body and soul but those classes at the gym can be intimidating. Our supportive, easy-going class tailors postures to individual physical needs and abilities, as well as how you’re doing that particular week. Benefits include reduced pain, greater flexibility and balance, increased ability to deal with stress, and better sleep. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel. Eat no more than a light snack in the 2 hours before class.
