Take your swimming to the next level! Swim Club is for those who’ve mastered our level 2 swim, or for newcomers already capable of swimming 1 roundtrip lap front crawl and 1 roundtrip lap kicking on back, without stopping. Our instructors team together to give you the benefit of all their strengths, so students are encouraged to sign up for both Tuesdays and Saturdays for maximum benefit and fun, and the full club experience. However, coming just one day a week is still beneficial.
Strengthening & Conditioning
Become a stronger, faster, better swimmer. You will work on perfecting your front and back crawl—the two main strokes swim teams look for—as well as endurance, speed, and performance. This class can help prepare students for swim team if that is of interest, but is useful for anyone who wants to spend time in the water.
