CourseGraphic Kickboxing is a great workout that improves balance, coordination, and flexibility. This class emphasizes drills to develop speed, power, and accuracy. You will learn proper technique to execute basic offensive and defensive movements while engaging in an intense martial arts workout to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, and core integration. No experience necessary. Boxing gloves (not fingerless mixed martial arts style) are required. Ages 16+. Minors need parental signature.
