Getting better takes hard work every day, and “repetition equals progression.” This one-week skills and conditioning camp is recommended for those who play AAU, CYO, Travel Ball, Park League, or any child who wants to improve. Coach Scott and his You Ball team will work on skills and conditioning–plus confidence, mental toughness, and teamwork. Drills include dribbling, passing, shooting technique, ball handling, and one-on-one moves, along with strategies for both offense and defense. Young athletes will also work with professional coaches to counteract individual weaknesses. So come train like–and with–the pros!
