Tone that tummy, whittle that waistline! More intense than a traditional belly dance class, this workout will involve muscles you didn’t know you had. You’ll do drills based on belly dance moves like isolations, shimmies, and undulations to achieve more body control and confidence. And while the focus is on strengthening and toning, you’ll also get a cardio workout. Please wear pants you can stretch in.
